Setting Up IPTV on Android TV

5 minutes Beginner Updated 1 month ago
Prerequisites An active IPTV UK Provider subscription and an Android TV device or Android-based box connected to Wi-Fi.

Android TV and Android-powered boxes support Viewora through several IPTV apps, as well as our own official app.

Which Android TV Devices Are Supported?

Any device running Android TV or Google TV works with Viewora, including many recent Sony, TCL and Philips televisions, plus standalone boxes such as the NVIDIA Shield.

How to Set Up Viewora on Android TV

1

Open the Google Play Store

From your Android TV home screen, launch the Play Store app.

2

Choose your app

Install one of 9Xtream IPTV, IBO Player, CR7 IPTV Player, or XCIPTV Player straight from the Play Store.

Prefer our official 8K Pro app instead? Search for and install Downloader from the Play Store, open it, and enter this code:

6124314

Select Go to download and install the 8K Player app.

3

Sign in and enter your playlist details

Open your chosen app, sign in with your Viewora account, then paste your M3U URL exactly as provided:

http://line.example-cdn.tv/get.php?username=YOUR_USERNAME&password=YOUR_PASSWORD&type=m3u_plus
Helpful tip Our official 8K Pro app is optimised specifically for IPTV UK Provider and is the option we recommend if you're not sure which app to pick.
Common mistake Only install the Downloader app from the official Google Play Store listing — searching for the code inside an unrelated app store won't work.
